Tracking budgets, deadlines and resources in an organized manner is imperative to be successful. I find solace within spreadsheets, harnessing the power of trackers to continuously enhance my efficiency and project management approach. Call notes, action items, accountability - let's go!

I thrive in a team environment. I am not afraid to ask for assistance or pitch in whenever needed. Open communication and managing expectations is the key to success. Sometimes you are the leader, sometimes you are the support. No ego here: one team, one dream. 

38hr no-sleep load ins, 3am alarms, holidays and weekends spent away from family, all-terrain environments, heaving boxes & structures, pushing dead golf carts... while valuing work/life balance, I love to travel and am no stranger to field work and odd hours.

For five years prior to the pandemic, I was the only full-time remote employee on my team. I've always communicated clearly and effectively with my colleagues and clients, no matter the distance, time zone, or platform. I have keen sense of urgency, diligent follow-up, and maintain a balance between firm & friendly to achieve desired results.

As an ISFJ and Enneagram 6, I am a 'reliable, efficient, keen observer that likes structure, details, and caring for others while out of the spotlight.' I crave the nitty-gritty information, genuine supportive connections, and win-win resolutions. I also have been called the hydration police (drink more water!)
